Sophistication/prep/romance, this gown made me feel like a runway model. Although I was on the fence about a “traditional” white gown, I changed my mind completely when I put this dress on for the first time. I fell in love with the artful, subtle combination of silk and lace and the unmistakable craftsmanship that went into every stitch. Carolina Herrera is a style icon and this gown embodies her traditional, but unique look.
Also – I only wore this dress for about an hour total, just for my ceremony and formal photos, before switching into a reception party dress for the rest of the night. It is in great condition.
The dress is still listed on the Carolina Herrera site from Fall 2013 Runway and retailed for $6,990.
